Terms & Conditions
- Flexi Payment Plan: Available in up to 4 installments.
- Airfare Inclusions: 20 KG check-in baggage + 10 KG hand baggage.
- Hotel Policy: Standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in & late check-out are subject to availability.
- Visa On Arrival (VOA):
- Long queues (2–3 hours) may occur at the VOA counter. E-Visa is strongly recommended for a hassle-free process.
- Passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from travel date.
- UAE Residence Visa must be valid for at least 6 months.
- All nationalities (except Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan) with UAE residence are eligible for VOA. Approval is solely at the discretion of immigration authorities.
- Refund Policy:
- If VOA is rejected or boarding is denied under any circumstances, the package will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Unused services are strictly non-refundable.
- Package Policy: The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the holiday package due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
- Airport Transfers: Maximum group waiting time is 90 minutes after flight arrival. Guests delayed beyond this period due to VOA queues must arrange their own transfer to the hotel.
